The Why, The How, and The What<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Why:<\/strong> I believe that we can inspire learners to develop 21st-century skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n How:<\/strong> We will implement a blended learning strategy in a significant environment through technological experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What: <\/strong>We prepare students to be confident, fearless, and lifelong learners to take on real challenges in the real technological world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cToday\u2019s world needs a workforce of creative, curious, and self-directed lifelong learners who are capable of conceiving and implementing novel ideas.<\/em>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Salman Khan, Founder of Khan Academy<\/p>\n\n\n\n Change is not easy to do, but it is necessary because the world is fastly changing around us. Technology evolves daily from the smallest details, such as cell phones to medical devices. However, how much innovation has taken place in the classroom? We must put students at the center to accommodate their learning needs. I believe that by implementing blended learning, we can produce students who will take control of their learning experience, creating confidence and becoming fearless learners who take on challenges in the real world. There must be an urgency to make changes for essential growth. We can create a culture of students who hunger for knowledge and persevere through breaking barriers in their life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n As educators, we should encourage and engage minds to foster the leaders of tomorrow.
