As I approach the leaders in my organization about my Blended Learning Implementation plan<\/a>, I prepare myself with a strategic plan. I know change is difficult, especially for those whose decisions affect the organization and its members. I plan to get to their hearts and minds by starting with the Why, What, and How<\/a>. Hopefully, I can create a sense of urgency, reveal the Influencer Model<\/a>, then use the Four Disciplines of Execution and the Five Stages of Change. As chaotic as our day can be with our daily urgent tasks, also known as the whirlwind, we must remember to keep the focus on the Wildly Important Goal (WIG). Educators should focus on one to two goals to see the desired results in their organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
