Aligning Outcomes, Activities, and Assessments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Another component to implement my innovation plan<\/a> is Fink\u2019s Guide<\/a> to aligning outcomes and assessments. I have created a Personal Narrative Unit that develops students writing through reading. Students will make connections in reading and writing about themselves and their world. We must remember to create authentic activities and assessments; the Big Hairy Audacious Goal, BHAG<\/a>, should be the students\u2019 outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
