Leading Organizational Change

As a leader in my community, I need to communicate effectively and let people know Why I want to bring about change. Along with COVA+CLSE I will use the influencer strategy to get them on board with me. The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) will show the progress of our work, and when opposing views come to light, crucial conversations will show that I am a self-differentiated leader.

The Why, the How, and What

The head won’t go where the heart hasn’t been, letting hopeful participants know Why we want to do this, How we will do this, and what we want to achieve. This strategy is to convince others to join the disruptive innovation journey.

Influencer Strategy

During this process, we will have reluctant participants and need to be ready with goals and measurements. We can achieve our goals by using the influencer strategy through motivation and ability.

As we move forward with our innovation plan, we must focus on the Wildly Important Goal and not be distracted by the whirlwind. The 4DX model guides us to stay on track.
