E-Portfolio Reflection

Building an E-Portfolio had my heart on an emotional rollercoaster. At first, it seemed tedious to make, then fun after seeing examples of E-portfolios, then frustrated because I couldn’t get the look I wanted. I aged about five years during this process.

What was frustrating the most for me was that I would make a change to my E-Portfolio, would not like the outcome, and not be able to change it. I received advice from others to Google my problem and watch videos or read posts to change it. The problem was that I did not know the terminology websites and builders use. One example was the Main Header, I added it to all my pages, but I wouldn’t say I liked how it looked because instead of being left to right, it was like a list top to bottom. Once I found it was called the Main Header, I was trying to fix it on Bluehost, but on Bluehost, I could only change the layout and the color; it became even more aggravating. As I was watching youtube videos and trying out everything they told me to do. After a few hours of watching videos, I saw a video that showed me how to remove the Main Header. The title of the video had nothing about Main Header. After removing it and pressing the preview, I noticed the Main Header was only removed from one page and not the others. I had to edit each page individually to remove the Main Header.

There are a few things I need to figure out, but I know with time, I will. Will my heart be stabled at the end of the class or the program? My heart will still be full of adrenaline from all the learning excitement.
