The ADL program at Lamar University is helping me prepare for disruptive innovation in my organization. In this course, I learned about Growth Mindset, Learning Manifesto, and Learning Networks and how to use them with the COVA approach. I am already putting these skills to use and looking forward to inspiring others. As I implement my innovation plan I know there will be obstacles, however, with the tools and knowledge I can fall forward.
