Hello I am Leticia Cortez, I graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown in Urban Education EC- 6 grade with a bilingual certification. I am currently a bilingual teacher in 4th grade at Aldine ISD in Houston, Texas. Things have definitely changed since I was a student 20 years ago.
